You do not need a separate ticketing platform that takes a big chunk of the proceeds. Ticket sales are built into PullPilot, on the same page where visitors find the schedule and the live ranking. You set the ticket types and prices and open sales.
Pay with iDEAL or WERO, ticket by email
Visitors pay with iDEAL or WERO and instantly receive a ticket with a QR code, by email and as a PDF to download. No hassle with cash at the till and no long queues at the gate.
Scanning at the gate
At the gate you scan the QR codes with the built-in scanner on your phone. A valid ticket turns green, an already used ticket is spotted immediately. That keeps you in control of who comes in, even when it gets busy.
The money lands in your own account
Payments run via Stripe and land in your own bank account, usually within a few business days. PullPilot charges no platform fees or commission; only the standard Stripe transaction costs apply, and those go to Stripe. If you do not sell tickets online, you pay nothing.
